PONTOON ASSEMBLIES
East West Dive offers pontoons in several sizes which can be custom assembly to suit the job requirements
· 2 x 6m pontoons
· 3m x 1.5m pontoon
The pontoons can be connected and configured for any required purpose and fitted with solid handrails and steel decking as required.
The pontoons are unique in that one day they can be a square work platform, and the next a horse shoe shaped work platform for use around piles, and the next a jetty or a bridging ramp. The pontoons can be supplied for safe over water access or as an option to access Bridge pillars and pylons
The systems are stored locally and can mobilise at short notice for a variety of applications.
The pontoons are non-powered and require a work boat and coxswain to transport
LARGER APPLICATION PONTOONS
The larger assemblies are suitable for vessel berthing or scaffold installation where additional height is required for access requirements.
LIFTING BARGE
The Lifting barge is a simple three piece system design to lift and transport loads below the water line where it is not practical to lift the load above the water.
The barge is made up of two separate pontoons joined with rated lifting beams
The pontoons are 1.6 x 1.6 x 6.5m each which with axles and wheels to allow for ease of launching at boat ramps and other all-terrain areas.
The rated H Beams which complete the assembly can be supplied at 6-9m which provides flexibility in both the width of the assembled barge and the width of the load that can be carried. The load is lifted with 2 – 4 block and tackles operated from the water
